Dedicated Internet Access
Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) is a private, non-oversubscribed, point-to-point Internet connectivity service that connects the customer’s network edge directly to Clever Telecom’s routed IP backbone.
The circuit delivers uncontended and guaranteed bandwidth, full routing transparency via BGP, and direct IP breakout to the global Internet — providing predictable performance for business critical workloads without hardware or routing bottlenecks.
Unlike shared Internet services, DIA ensures zero contention, zero oversubscription, and consistent throughput at scale for enterprises, carriers, data-center exits, hybrid PoP builds, cloud exits, and international backbone breakouts.

Core Features & Scalability
Clever Telecom DIA offers a model engineered for high-performance Internet exits and scalable backbone deployments.
Key characteristics include bandwidth consistency without oversubscription, support for dual IP stacks,
and flexible routing policy management via BGP sessions and communities.
| Feature Group | Supported Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Bandwidth Allocation | Scalable up to N×100 Gbps per port or circuit |
| Circuit Engineering | No oversubscription, no overselling, no overshoot at transport layer |
| IP Stack | Dual stack IPv4 + IPv6 |
| Routing | One or more BGP sessions per static port |
Ultra-high bandwidth tiers such as 100G / 400G ports are supported on qualification and request,
especially for backbone exits, carrier hotels, and data center IP breakouts.
Failure Behavior
| Scenario | Network Response |
|---|---|
| Fiber cut / node outage / path degradation | Automatic rerouting to the best available alternate channel |
| Topology preference | Shortest path selection when topology allows |
| Manual intervention | Not required for backbone-level failover |
Eligible Use Cases
| Client Segment | Deployment Intent |
|---|---|
| Enterprise | Low-latency Internet exits, multi-site Internet adjacency |
| Carriers | Direct backbone breakouts and transport |
| Data Centers | BGP Internet exit chaining |
| Cloud Hubs | Hybrid PoP exit with BGP adjacency |
| Storage & Replication | Internet exit for global sync pools |
Key Product Benefits
